Content and Production Supervisor

Profile

The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a self-motivated, organized professional to be a key contributor to Gladney's Communications/Marketing/Education department. Primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of project-based video production including development and production of content to support social media, all adoptions programs and Gladney’s mission, script writing, audio/video capture, editing, animating and publishing. This position will oversee the creative direction of Gladney brands as well as our publishing strategies in an effort to increase relevance, audience engagement and awareness through all multimedia assets as well as be the audio/video production liaison for all creative projects. Ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of and experience in video production, non-linear editing, post-production techniques, as well as be proficient with Adobe editing programs (such as Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom), Microsoft Office, and Google Apps. Excellent writing, proofreading, editing and visual story telling skills a must. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and with a team, think strategically, be detail oriented and efficient, meet challenging deadlines and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Occasional weekend and evening work required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Full-time benefits. EOE.

AdoptED Virtual Classroom Coordinator

The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a highly motivated professional to support Gladney’s AdoptED virtual classroom for school districts throughout the United States. Primary responsibilities include management and coordination or Gladney’s AdoptED virtual classroom (i.e. identifying appropriate schools, establishing and maintaining relationships with schools and educators, and assisting with evolving curriculum), providing technical support for teachers using the virtual classroom model (such as registering and onboarding new teachers), engaging with virtual students through the use of social media giveaways, producing social media posts relating to AdoptED for all Gladney platforms, assisting with the production and publication of AdoptED podcasts, creating/managing outreach relationships, and providing resources to schools across the nation. Ideal applicant must be organized, efficient, flexible, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time position benefits. EOE.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Overnight Residential Coordinator Saturday/Sunday

The Gladney Center for Adoption, a premier non-profit adoption agency, seeks a professional, highly motivated candidate to provide care and support to female teen foster youth living in Gladney’s residential home. Primary responsibilities include the supervision of youth to ensure safety and well-being, appropriate intervention with youth who exhibit inappropriate behaviors or who need assistance in regulating their behavior, medication administration (as needed), timely response to any issues that may arise during the evening hours, report and note completion, and assisting in planning and ordering of healthy meals and snacks. Ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional empathetic listening skills and calm demeanor. Group home/foster care experience as well as prior training in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Shifts needed: Every Saturday and Sunday from 10pm to 8am. EOE
