Job Duties:

Complete P&L responsibility

Responsible for all of the daily service activity in and out of the store

Visit top teir customers to rate satisfaction with your tire center

Manage tire and mechanical service team

Manage sales team

Maintain inventory of needed supplies

Providing excellent customer service

Ability to function in a fast paced environment

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

Customer service in a commercial environment

Prior supervision of commercial service personnel

Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services

Good driving record

Computer literate
