The Project Manager/Estimator is the leader of the construction project and is responsible for the overall success of the project. This highly competent individual is typically involved in the estimating and contracting of the work with both the owner and subcontractors, and works closely with the Project Engineer and Superintendent to complete the budgets, schedules, purchase orders, subcontracts, contract files and pay estimates.The Project Manager/Estimator is the executive level representative of Currier for the project Owner.
