Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles
Job Duties:
Business Develop Manager will Develop, manage, plan, and grow sales of MSI products (motherboard, video card, barebone PC, etc.) thru US distribution channels. This position will focus on increasing/expanding sales opportunities with existing customers (thru distribution partners / co-work with distribution account managers), as well as focus on business engagement/ development with new accounts. He/she will also need to develop strong relationship with distributors’ Product Manager, & Sales Team.
Create a customer centric vision for MSI products and translates into business results
Manage incentive program, budget, campaign and all related activities
Manage and grow sales of MSI Products by new business engagements
Coordinates and arranges weekly or monthly scheduled meetings
Ability to perform MSI product introduction & customer training
Attend Distribution Trade Show Events
Respond to all inquiries and requests from new customers in a timely and professional manner
Plan and develop programs that make effective use to drive the MSI brand and sales results
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure full communication mix (promotions, PR, events, training, etc.) that supports the business goals.
Influence and drive company's product messaging, positioning and the market development strategy, as well as define objectives in revenue and market share growth in responsible accounts
Monitor & report weekly sales and inventory result
Competition Analysis: Track competition activities; ask detailed questions to better understand the competition’s market share, top selling models.
Perform other job duties as manager assigned
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of PC market is preferred.
At least 2 years sales experience in business development
Excellent communication, strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability
Demonstrate skills and experience in developing, implementing, planning, and managing processes
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Clear ability to multi-task, learn and leverage a variety of applications.
Proactive, aggressive, team work, and self-motivated
Result and detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Travel approximately 50%
