Job Duties:

Complete P & L responsibility

Tire and mechanical staff supervision

Supervision of outside sales team

Ability to forecast sales and profit objectives

Heavy customer interaction both in & out of facility

Required Experience:

Customer service in a commercial environment

Prior supervision of commercial service personnel

Prior supervision of commercial sales personnel preferred but not required

Complete understanding of commercial new tires, retreads & services
