Aon is looking for an Energy Survey Manager - Senior ConsultantAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Human Capital Solutions, in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of highly skilled professionals! The Sr Consultant will report the Director within this group. Your impact as a Senior ConsultantJob Responsibilities:Manage three US Local Energy Surveys representing over USD $500K in revenueProvide direction to Operations team aligned with these US surveysCoordinate with Sales Team as neededEnsure accurate handling of accounts related to Associations Surveys; especially those by invitation onlyFor Association surveys, lead all aspects of the relationship with the association from a technical perspectivePrepare materials for training webinars and present at webinarsPrepare final results materials and insightsEstablish growth parameters for Energy Surveys as they integrate into RGCDConduct job evaluation and position matching projects from start to finish, advising (and making pitches to) HR and Managers on the practical use of survey processes, and data for organizational improvement.Complete competitive compensation analyses for the client including benchmarking/market pricing.Participate in product development and management (jobs, product benchmark descriptions) and sector specific pulse studies.Develop and support key client relationships, including responding to client inquiries on sophisticated data questions, and ability to see opportunities to provide additional services beyond data products.Analyze and interpret compensation data and prepare summary reports with market insights, reflecting an understanding of client segment trends.Assist in business development and proposal writing activitiesBe a phenomenal team mate who will collaborate internally with colleagues (data solutions, advisory, operations, sales, and others).Preferred Experience:5 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or other related area of human resources preferred.2 years of project management experience preferred.Data leadership skills, process orientation, and attention to detail are critical.Strong analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative)Able to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing multiple tasks.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Education:Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business, Finance, HR).We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
