About the job
This position is needed to program manage the interlock between sales technology, strategy, and process.
The Senior Programs Manager of Sales Development will join the SDR Leadership team and partner closely with our Sales, Enablement, Marketing Operations, Sales Programs, and Sales Operations teams. The role will be responsible for supporting our continued growth and maturation as a rapidly scaling Sales Development organization. This role will work across a vast array of cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and execution of core business priorities, elevate how data is interpreted and utilized, and foster strong company-wide communication. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Sales Development, with a dotted line and close partnership to the Principal Programs Manager of Sales Development.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Be highly involved in collaboration and strategic execution across the SDR leadership team and organization, our business partners, and throughout the entire company
Help measure and drive impact across a variety of dimensions including culture, recruiting, rhythm of the business activities, learning, and org health
Oversee our SDR BPM process, working our management team to set, align and track company goals
Help onboard key company hires (e.g., new Directors), ensuring that they have the context and support needed to successfully ramp up and perform their duties
Manage weekly leadership staff meetings including, but not limited to, setting the agenda, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic conversations and tracking follow through to increase accountability
You will assist our Senior Director of Sales Development in defining, communicating, and supporting their key priorities
Create clarity between competing business priorities, act as the voice of the Senior Director when not present
Assist in the development and utilization of executive-level dashboards
Lead high-priority projects for the SDR organization
Ensure efficient hand-off projects to functional teams and leads and follow through until completion

Required:
5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: business operations, finance, or strategy and analytics
Expert at building complex models, surfacing insights from analysis on the business, and proposing strategic changes that will have the most impact and allow us to successfully scale the sales development organization
Capable of complex historical analysis and scenario modeling as an individual contributor. Can oversee and direct comparable work by team members and cross-functional partners.
Capable of translating senior leaders' business needs into high-quality analytical work product (through self or team).
Capable of synthesizing executive-level insights and recommendations from large volumes of data and reporting.
Experience working with a rapidly growing company and sales organization (bonus if you’ve worked closely with sales development teams)
An energetic, cross-functional leader with deep knowledge of sales development, capacity planning, and scaling large global teams
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable and excited to work side-by-side with execs
An expert in effective program management
Ability to take the vision and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics to effectively execute on that vision
Location
This role will be remote and based in the USA
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.

Colorado applicants:
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$132,320 - $181,940.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
