JOB DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Supervisor’s primary function is to ensure that HOLLY HUNT “Softgoods (textiles, leather, trim)” Collection product quality is consistent with quality control standards in terms of specified materials, appearance, and finish. The Warehouse Supervisor will embrace the notion of continuous improvement in terms of collaborating with Distribution & Logistics Management team, Business Unit Managers, Supply Chain team, Client First team, Designers, and product experts – to ensure that product quality/longevity is maximized upholding HOLLY HUNT quality standards. Additionally, the Warehouse Supervisor will ensure that within the warehouse, sustainable processes are in place to comply with specific handling requirements as well as to meet expectations of timely and accurate inspections and receipts in WMS. The Warehouse Supervisor will play an integral role in driving quality and productivity to meet continuously changing and dynamic business needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Act as a single point of contact for all inbound inspections, receiving, data management product launch activities, and photo shoot related tasks.
Manage IB and Launch quality inspections for all HOLLY HUNT Softgoods products.
Ensure that IB inspections are completed within prescribed timelines with quantifiable data collected for vendor reporting.
Update daily “landed” product report with estimated receipt dates to communicate with all related internal teams.
Collect and maintain quality-related data and key metrics daily.
Own the inventory data reconciliation between both WMS and NAV.
Work closely with the Senior Product Manager and the Client First team to develop product quality SOPs by SKU.
Communicate product quality issues with the Supply Chain and the Client First teams.
Liaison between the Merchandiser, Supply Chain, Client First, and the Warehouse teams for all product quality matters.
Manage the IB-to-Backing application process to ensure that textiles products are “backed” within the prescribed timeline.
Execute and maintain proper handling procedures.
Assist the Warehouse team with any special projects as needed and directed.
Required Skills
Understanding of natural characteristics / signs of “handcraft.”
Sophisticated eye for
color, hue, finish, and color matching
Ability and willingness to train others on methods of inspection and receiving.

Technical Ability
– Must possess average knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office, WMS, and Navision.
Required Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Bachelor’s degree in operations or business is preferred
Experience
working with luxury soft goods
(wall coverings, textiles, leather, etc.).
Experience
performing Quality Inspections
