(2008 to 2012 Honoree: Inc 5000 fastest growing companies and a SEI CMMi Level 3 company) serving clients since 1995 is a fast growing IT Consulting, Products & Services company, is currently seeking a highly energetic, goal oriented Director – Sales/Marketing for our Corporate Head Quarters - Chantilly, VA and also looking to hire multiple Sales professionals/Business Development Managers for our Chantilly VA.
Job Description:
This role will oversee all the sales / marketing operations within the organization.
• You will be responsible to Hire new sales team, supervise the existing and ensure all the team members achieve their Key Result Areas.
• Responsible for formulating and implementing innovative sales strategies
• Train/Mentor the sales / marketing team as and when need to promote the professional services of the organization.
• Must be able to provide leadership to the team and motivate them.
• Develop and maintain long term relationship both within the Organization and the clientele.
• Responsible to take over from the lead generated by the sales team and close the deals with the clients through effective presentations, contract negotiations and providing innovative solutions based on the clientele need.
• Responsible for generating revenues through multi-sales activities of the organization – IT Staff Augmentation / Deliverable Based Projects / IT Solutions / Product Sales.
• Responsible to generate 30-50% revenue growth year of year.
Job Requirement:
• Must have a minimum of 10-15 years of professional sales and marketing management experience, with a large software systems provider (Professional Services Division) or for a similar IT Staff Augmentation or Services company. (VP, director, senior director, or higher)
• Must have a minimum of 4-5 years current experience in selling IT Solutions (on-site, off-site, off-shore project selling), IT Staff Augmentation Services, before becoming a head of Sales for the company.
• Must have prior experience hiring and managing a team of 5-12 Sales/Business Development Managers/professionals.
• Previous leadership of a sales and marketing team where you brought the company to a leading preferred vendor (#1 or #2) position in your perspective industry.
• Extensive experience in building and motivating a top-level business development sales team where individuals have carried a $1-5 million quota.
• Must have previous experience working closely with C level executives at Fortune 1000 companies.
• Proven sales management track record with deal size of $250K to $5 million.
• Ideal candidate will come from a Major IT Consulting company or Major IT Staff Augmentation company or a Major Software Vendor‘s Professional Services group.
• Must be energetic, Must have a positive attitude, Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have strong problem-solving/analytical skills.
• Good to have a MBA degree from top 10 Universities in USA or any reputed University.
