NBCUniversal's Enterprise Rotational Program team provides future leaders with the skills they need to steer the business in new directions and accelerate shared company results. The ERP Intern Program and Project Manager plays an important role in supporting the strategy to develop a pipeline of early career technology, finance, and cybersecurity talent across the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. NBCUniversal Enterprise. The ERP Intern Program and Project Manager will focus on project management for intern recruiting and programming. They will partner closely with the ERP CORE Program Managers and work with leaders across the businesses to understand and support their early career talent needs. This role will lead the recruitment for all ERP Programs and will also work closely with company-wide early career initiatives. The Program Manager supports existing efforts with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, empowering early career talent to influence teams, educate and challenge existing assumptions. We are looking for a highly collaborative individual to join our team who seeks to develop critical talent and create an inclusive and effective program environment for all participants and stakeholders.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Lead recruitment efforts for all 80 CORE Participants and 50 Summer Interns
Establish the recruitment strategy, with a focus on increasing our candidate racial and gender diversity
Manage the ERP Internship Program focused on developing talent
Directly manage 10 summer interns to include performance management, assess development needs, create career growth plans, provide ongoing coaching and design and manage compensation plans for participants.
Coordinate details for all 50 summer intern participants including time management and onboarding process
Plan and execute all recruitment events for ERP
Relationship management with key external partner organizations and universities
Drive cross-enterprise connections
Monitor industry intel (talent data, employee engagement surveys, key performance metrics, etc.) to maintain alignment with current and emerging trends and organizational priorities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and other relevant partners in managing the ERP Internship Program experience.
Manage the selection of intern placements, group projects and all other curriculum components.
Facilitate, plan and design orientation and development opportunities for interns.
Work with internal and external Learning & Development organizations to assist with designing and implementing development approaches to build both technical and leadership skills.
Partner with all of the ERP programs to identify shared learning and development opportunities.
Contribute to the design and implementation of communication and marketing methods to educate employees, universities and prospective candidates about the program.
Manage the communication of program updates to all key stakeholders.
Partner with the team project manager and coordinator to manage program logistics, including scheduling, travel, and budget.
Qualifications/Skills Required
Bachelor's degree required.
4 years' relevant experience, which should include exposure or experience in one or more of the following areas: recruiting, working with talent; development program management; coaching; talent development.
Experience with recruitment, preferably with early career professionals.
Prior direct or indirect people management experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
Demonstrated passion for learning and development of talent.
Exceptional relationship building ability coupled with the ability to influence without formal authority.
Established industry acumen including awareness of various types of roles and ways of working
Strong facilitation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Exceptional project and time management skills
50% travel anticipated for September-October
