This is a highly visible role that requires an experienced marketer looking for a leadership opportunity. The Associate Director will be responsible for driving an integrated and competitive marketing strategy worldwide. This role requires a deep understanding of market positioning, competitive analysis, messaging, content, campaign and launch strategies to drive awareness and lead generation across numerous personas and business segments. The Associate Director will collaborate with Product development peers to translate business and development objectives into compelling marketing strategies and content. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, strong visual and verbal communication skills, substantial marketing experience in the MedTech industry, and a passion for creativity and innovation.Key Responsibilities include:nnDevelop marketing and communications strategy including positioning, messaging, content strategy, campaign design, marketing and sales plays, events, social/digital initiativesnCreate product messaging that differentiates from others in the marketnMaintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders nDevelop and drive thought leadership, content assets and case studiesnProvide global leadership and direction across information management marketing initiatives and campaigns for global and regional business segments nOptimize marketing campaigns across paid/owned/earned marketing channelsnAssist in developing and maintaining marketing expense budgets, taking control to ensure budgets stay on track, providing corrective action when and where necessary.nCollaborate with other MedTech and IQVIA marketers to further the IQVIA MedTech repositioning efforts, building a positive image within the MedTech industry nnKey requirements:nn5-7 years product marketing experiencenPrior marketing experience within the medical device and diagnostics industrynWell developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and write about complex ideas and solutions.nAbility to build solid cross-functional relationships and work with all levels within an organization.nComfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment with a certain level of ambiguity.nStrong organizational skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.nnIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
