The Range Network Systems Engineering & Integration (RN SE&I) contract provides Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support to the USSF Space Systems Command (SSC) Enterprise Corps (EC). EC acquires services to modernize and sustain the Satellite Control Network (SCN), the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS), and the Space Training Acquisition Office (STAO). We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in project management, and Government contracting for the RN SE&I contract to support the SCN government team.Duties may include: Lead highly technical design engineering teams on challenging projects.Manage the technical, schedule, quality, and cost objectives for each assigned project.Develop Statement of Objectives and/or Statement of Work for projects.Participate or lead technical meetings and studies, assess technical baselines, and help ensure system modifications meet requirements.Direct project personnel resources to accomplish milestones.Lead the development and delivery of effective customer presentationsEnsure the project teams are meeting the Entrance Criteria, Acceptance Criteria and Exit Criteria for reviewsMange sub-contractors and vendors.Effectively communicate with internal team members across multiple functional areas and with the customer.Identify areas of improvement, critical dependencies, and process changes that improve customer satisfaction. •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.•Experience with MS Project or relevant planning software.•Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools.•Ability to research, evaluate, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures to a variety of situations and to recommend timely and economical solutions.•Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy, both orally and in writing, as well as work in a professional manner with peers, management, contractors, academia, and other agencies.• Strong written and verbal skills•ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN.  •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute•Experience leading Agile projects•DoD planning and programming or relevant experience•Current Secret or higher clearance#LI-AH1**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. has been delivering engineering, science, and advance technology solutions to complex priority programs since 1969. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. operates in the aerospace, avionics, national security, rail, and cyber sectors. **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is a small business with 673 employees strong where our Aerospace Engineering Group (AEG) makes up 48% of the company.
