Seeking a sales drive Senior Insurance ConsultantBased in the Hamilton branch Hybrid working, company vehicle, and company benefits!The OpportunityAon’s Hamilton team is looking for a proven Associate Director/Senior Insurance Consultant to accelerate our growth with commercial and corporate clients as we continue to grow our business.  As an Associate Director you will provide risk advice to your clients and work proactively with insurers to facilitate consultative dialogue and drive effective solutions. As such, you should be able to effectively manage a range of stakeholders to achieve positive client outcomes. Accompanying those skills will be your ability to leverage your business development track record to establish new clients and strengthen existing relationships. Your ability to identify and convert business opportunities will be integral to the success of the branch.You will also help to develop the team you work with through mentorship and your own personal development. About you:To be successful in this role, you would come from an insurance broking background, with demonstrable client management skills, confident negotiator, and excellent business development skills.
