The Senior Project Manager (MarketPoint) manages all aspects of a sales project, from start to finish, to add value, on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the sales project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project. Prepares designs and work specifications; develops project schedules, budgets and forecasts; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors. Communicates with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones. Influences department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Leads sales programs from opportunity identification through alignment of scope, key deliverables, timeline and measurement of results in partnership with key stakeholders for successful program implementation
Consults with business partners to identify issues, options and present solutions
Develops and supports collaborative business partnerships
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business needs, business processes and technological solutions
Conceptualizes future business processes, systems and development strategies
Documents current processes and recommends areas and approaches for process improvement and re-engineering
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3 years' demonstrated ability leading mid- to large-scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
3 years' experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
3 years' experience conceptualizing systems, business processes and development strategies
3 years cross-functional leadership experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving sales agent and consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification
Healthcare experience
Experience working with a sales or marketing organization
Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivering positive results
MBA or other Advanced Degree
Vendor engagement experience
Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Six Sigma certification
