Shipping Manager GENERAL SUMMARY: This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: u2022 Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.u2022 Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.u2022 Produce products that meet or exceed the customersu2019 (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.u2022 Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.u2022 Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
