Responsibilities

Associate Director of Product Management - Enterprise API Catalog as part of Humana's Enterprise API product team, is directly responsible for providing and maturing the catalog strategy, advisement and direction to teams responsible for delivering Humana's Enterprise API catalog, and associated Enterprise API's. Individual will be leveraging previous healthcare experience to aid in the discovery, design, implementation, and full API lifecycle management of current and future state Enterprise API's. The Associate Director of Product Management has the ability to navigate a matrixed organization and the ability to influence related teams by articulating the product offering and value to business & technology partners.

Responsibilities


Directly accountable for creating presentations, narratives, strategies and product/platform roadmaps related to Humana's Enterprise API catalogue. Guided by the enterprise business and IT strategies/roadmaps aligning with Humana's core values and strategic vision
Participation and accountability in the overall strategy and direction of Humana's Enterprise API portfolio and deeply involved thought leader within multiple enterprise, business, and IT segments
Aiding in analyzing, assessing and auditing Enterprise API content in assuring alignment to business and regulatory standards
Proactively detecting issues and identifying solutions with directly responsible Individuals
Continuously researching, synthesizing and presenting latest industry standard, policy, and regulation to the collective Enterprise API & Integration team
Collaborate directly with various cross-functional technology & business teams, legal, compliance and privacy teams to provide recommendations and define enterprise API requirements.
Directly accountable for leading a senior technical product team in planning, development, deployment, and overall success of Humana's new Enterprise APIs


Required Qualifications


Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
6 years of related product experience supporting Enterprise API, and/or Large-scale Healthcare integration strategies
Direct experience working in or with healthcare payers and providers for multiple lines of business
Strong technical background and have defined, designed and/or built enterprise-level APIs previously
Heightened awareness of healthcare best practice and industry standards in order to directly influence future state Enterprise API direction
Proven ability leading cross-functional teams to help identify existing problems, collaborate on potential solutions, and map to desired business processes based on technology roadmap


Additional Information

Associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster, or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home.

Provide proof of applicable exemption including any required supporting documentation
