WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Advance degree is preferred
Experience working as a consultant or lead on Future of Work initiatives
Skilled at turning complex information into clear narratives by connecting systemic trends and issues, examining opportunities from multiple perspectives, identifying options and articulating tradeoffs
Ability to play an executive-level advising role in cross-functional transformation projects, including supporting leadership teams to navigate diverse priorities and drive clear decision-making
Experience managing strategic human centered design projects which have cross-functional impacts, skilled at adapting plans to changing environments and constantly prioritizing the most important work to achieve milestones and drive impact
Strong management consulting skills, including project scoping and management, hypothesis development, research, benchmarking and trend identification
Ability to independently navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, identify conflicts and negotiate solutions in a fast-paced global setting
8 years of relevant work experience with at least 5 years as an internal or external consultant
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a diverse team across multiple levels
Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve problems quickly, efficiently, and collaboratively
Ability to independently navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, identify conflicts and negotiate solutions in a fast-paced global setting
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required for this role.

This role will lead and design initiatives to enable our Future of Work strategy aligned to workforce, workplace, and ways of working. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this critical role, partner with a multidisciplinary team of experts to design and deliver brand-aligned physical and digital experiences for Nike employees worldwide and be accountable for core components of our Flexible Work Model, including hybrid and remote work approaches.

Reporting to our Senior Director, Global Teammate Experience, you will be a part of a global team partnering across Human Resources, Technology, Global Places and Services, Legal, and Communications to deliver impact to the Nike organization. You will be accountable for extensive external benchmarking and building strong partnerships with other organizations.
