WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Facilities Digital Data Manager who thrives in working with multiple cross-functional teams and has a solid understanding of facilities infrastructure. This role will focus on managing numerous digital drawings and documents, designing production efficiency, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, building standards for technical drawing processes, reviewing outputs for quality control, tracking performance and managing technical drawing software (i.e. CAD, Bluebeam, Revit, etc.) Additional duties will include: organizing, cataloging and storing industrial/facility drawings in a professional and effective manner and creating and implementing a process for checking-out and archiving both soft-copy and hard-copy layouts and documents. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside truly talented teams including business partners, external vendors, varied technology functions, and multiple geographies - working together to create a collaborative, innovative, and impactful team.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with the Air Manufacturing Innovation Facilities Team and performing a variety of tasks including but not limited to: supplying support for all technical drawing software, interacting on project standards coordination with cross-functional groups and vendors and building out technical drawings and layouts for engineering, facilities, maintenance, environmental health and safety and production teams as applicable to current cross-functional strategies and audits.
Additional tasks include: county and city level permitting, engaging with our pool of contractors, consultants and suppliers where applicable, adhering to all legal and procurement guidelines for contracts, work order and purchase requests, collecting and shredding outdated drawings and applicable paperwork, cleaning up technical drawing files for project closeout and customization of technical drawing programs.
A Digital Data Manager who will find opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies, help pilot and lead the CMMS (eMaint) layout implementation, work with Building Systems Engineer on obsolescence plans, create/edit 3D drawings and recommend standard processes for solutions to meet customer business needs.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be an individual contributor on our Global Facilities Team reporting to the Global Facilities Director for Air Manufacturing Innovation.
Additionally, you will engage and interact with production, engineering, maintenance, purchasing, accounting, technology, campus facilities, external vendor teams.
