Profile

Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. And you’ll be part of a culture where everyone feels supported.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Ready to join us?

As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for

creating go-to-market strategies to drive new and renewal revenue for high school sports

across North America. You’ll execute full lifecycle strategic communication plans, marketing programs and campaigns that create awareness, generate high-quality leads, convert prospects into qualified opportunities and engage and retain existing customers year-over-year. You’ll own portions of the marketing budget for the high school market and build and implement fully integrated multi-channel marketing plans, including developing creative briefs, working with internal designers, copywriters and videographers to create marketing and sales-enablement materials, and tracking KPIs to report progress and optimize results.

Our flexible work policy means you can decide where you want to work: our Lincoln HQ, our Omaha office or remotely within the majority of U.S. states

(exceptions: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Hawaii, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington)

. #LI-Remote

You Are

A tactical leader.

You have 5-8 years of marketing experience and understand how to create a strategic vision and how to work with others to activate.

Two-brained.

You have the ability to seamlessly transition between creative right-brain thinking and the analytical left-brain approach to analyze sales pipelines, revenue targets, customer insights, campaign results, etc. and action off of data.

Competitive.

You wake up in the morning excited to drive growth and love to work in a fast-paced environment. You find a mission you believe in and can’t wait to contribute to success.

Collaborative.

You’re an effective communicator who understands the importance of working with other team members to create great campaigns and reach business goals.

Customer-centric.

You passionately seek to walk the proverbial mile in the user's shoes, allowing you to write and speak their language.

Proven.

You have a track record of delivering breakthrough marketing campaigns on-time, on-cost and on-quality with measurable results.

You Will

Understand the market and create opportunities.

You’ll work closely with the product management, sales and business unit teams to set goals, create effective and measurable marketing plans and execute growth campaigns.

Collaborate on campaigns.

You’ll partner with sales, product, marketing technology, brand experience and the web team to create and deliver world-class sales-enablement materials, marketing programs and campaigns.

Make informed marketing decisions.

You’ll use internal and external research and customer data to make smart decisions on specific prospects.

Make the marketing team better.

You’ll report results to the team and the company to help us do more of what works and learn from what doesn’t.

Run experiments.

You’ll work to find emerging channels and tactics to push the limits on how we communicate the value of Hudl.

We Will

Champion work-life harmony

. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.

Guarantee autonomy

. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.

Encourage career growth

. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.

Provide an environment to help you succeed

. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.

Support your mental and physical health

. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.

Cover your medical

insurance

. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.

Contribute to your 401(K)

. Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
