The Associate Director, Consumer Services Operations ensures optimized interaction between a company and members. The Associate Director, Consumer Experience requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).

Responsibilities

CenterWell Senior Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is the new brand for a primary care medical group practice with centers open or opening in Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina and Texas. CenterWell Senior Primary Care has a strong emphasis on senior-focused primary care for members of Medicare Advantage health plans and is committed to providing personalized, high-quality primary care combined with an excellent patient experience. CenterWell Senior Primary Care has experience in both the treatment and management of most chronic and acute-care conditions. The practices also provide health education and value-added, well-being services at the centers and around their neighborhoods to help both patients and community members improve their health.

The Associate Director, Consumer Services Operations may leverage voice of the customer, NPSt, root cause, telling the story, call listening, member experience design, elimination and recognition of friction points, identifying automation/optimization opportunities, empower others in the organization to speak up and voice opportunities to improve the member experience. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of relevant experience

6 or more years of demonstrated success leading large scale process improvements, including technical solutions

2 or more years of management experience

Demonstrated success leading programs and initiatives that cross multiple departments and locations

Demonstrated success establishing structured reporting for both operations and project metrics

Strategic thinking and planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented

Enthusiasm and motivation essential; a confident change-agent

Ability to mentor and empower associates to improve member experience

Willingness to manage and prioritize diverse projects

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Excel

Experience in Medicare and/or healthcare
