BUSY FRONT LINE AMBULATORY OPERATION SUPERVISING MULTIPLE REGISTRATION REPRESENTATIVES ON DIFFERENT FLOORS. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS A MUST, ABILITY TO MULTITASK, PEOPLE SKILLS, CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Four year degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience required.

Experience: Three years experience in medical/hospital billing, collections, eligibility/social service system or directly related field required.  1 year of supervisory experience preferred.   

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Participation in related professional organizations highly desired.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, and proficient computer system knowledge.   Well organized and detail oriented. Actively participates in appropriate professional organizations. Proficient in team building, conflict resolution, group interaction, project and budget management. Excellent skills in change management, and group process. Understanding of operations and competitors, and economic, social and legal environment.
