Senior Managing Director, Structured Reinsurance ReSolutions is the leading structured reinsurance broker in the industry, and part of the Aon Reinsurance Solutions Capital Advisory team.  We are a team of 20 in the US, 45 globally, who work closely with clients to think holistically around capital management and optimization.   We have placed over $2b in limit over the past two years alone and are recognized as industry leaders in structuring and placing challenging portfolios of risks.
