Description

Grow and diversify Wellness business value through a robust portfolio of decoupled capabilities, each with the properties of a product platform, and employ those assets in different combinations to produce consumer-facing products and experiences aligned to our key audience and within market-based partnerships and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Wellness Capabilities will lead a team of 10 product development professionals to achieve:

Decouple existing wellness assets that make up our Wellness offering into standalone capabilities and build new ones, enabling them to become stand alone value streams.

Enable tiered-based wellness product offerings as well as bundles designed for specific audiences.

Integrate wellness capabilities into the holistic healthcare experience developed in collaboration with other business units.

Create plug and play integration platform for rapid partnerships in order to refresh and grow the wellness partnership ecosystem.

Develop skillsets and processes within the Wellness Platform team to become proficient in consumer centric, agile product development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

7 years in digital product development, including digital product platforms

5 years in leading product development teams, ideally using agile practices

Preferred qualifications

Master degree : MBA, Computer Science, Design, or related

Certification in Product Development from nationally recognized institution

Certification or experience in leading agile software development

This position is open to working remote

Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
