This position is the senior business partner to the Global Supply Planning, Integrated Product Strategy, and Global Clinical Supply Chain Planning functions within the GPS Global Supply Chain business unit accountable for the strategic planning and delivery of IT digital capabilities. This role will partner with Global Supply Chain senior leaders to identify and implement digital capabilities that have the highest business impact.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the strategic planning of digital capabilities for Global Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Supply Chain Planning, and Integrated Product Strategy business units.
Responsible for the development of long-term (24-36 month) roadmaps identifying digital capabilities that have the greatest impact on business capabilities worldwide across multiple Global Supply Chain business units.
Responsible for developing strategic and collaborative partnerships with senior leaders in the Global Supply Planning, Integrated Product Strategy, and Global Clinical Supply Planning business units. Ability to become the trusted partner and advisor to all stakeholders in the Global Supply Chain org. by demonstrating deep domain and technology knowledge.
Responsible for the communication, implementation and operation of the Digital Capability Governance process.
Demonstrate matrix leadership of IT resources in other IT functions: responsible for ensuring that all IT functions are successful in their delivery of services to Global Supply Chain. Key matrix IT partner functions include internal and strategic external partners.
Skills/Experiences:
12 years experience, Master’s Degree, APICS certification preferred
Strong background in supply chain planning (demand, supply, inventory, S&OP)
Ability to lead the strategic planning and implementation of enterprise digital capabilities.
Implementation experience of large scale global digital capabilities related to Supply chain planning, Supply chain management, ERP processes in manufacturing(clinical/commercial).
Demonstrated ability to communicate, influence and partner with senior business leaders.
Strong knowledge of current good manufacturing/clinical processes (GxP), particularly as relates to IT (21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity, FDA Metrics, etc.).
