NIKE, Inc., Beaverton, OR. Manage activities for specific products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Oversee the design, production, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing stages as Nike products move through production and distribution. Leverage commercial and consumer data from strategic partners and their own retail distribution to better plan and allocate products, unleash innovation, meet consumer demand and create seamless consumer experiences throughout the marketplace. Communicate significant data findings to stakeholders in order to ensure that company decisions are being made with the best and most accurate insights are available. Direct the assortment adoption based on market performance readout and market trends. Authorize the sharing of POS (Point of sales) information to the entire Asian Pacific and Latin America (APLA) regions. Spearhead the relationship with cross functional team(s) to understand their needs with regards to reporting and dashboard tools. Lead cross departmental collaboration efforts to analyze Nike’s products and performance. Define quarterly priorities with the R&DE Director according to the Nike strategy, vision and needs. Coordinate the deliveries with R&DE team considering the Agile process.
