What We’re Looking For:
The HR project manager will lead the execution of small to medium HR projects through the project management & change management lifecycles. He/She will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to help the People team to respond quickly to the needs of 2U’s growing business.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
1. Project Management
Gather and define project requirements
Clearly articulate the objectives and issues necessary to deliver a project
Conduct analysis and prepare business cases to support decision making
Coordinate and lead the planning and management of assigned projects through completion
Monitor project milestones and critical dates to identify potential jeopardy of project schedule
Identify ways to resolve schedule issues ahead of deadlines
Manage scope and change controls associated with projects
Introduce tools and people analytics to improve returns on learning investments and develop insightful and HR reporting
Successful execution of projects
2. Change Management
Manage communications by keeping teammates informed of the status, project deliverables and by managing the issue resolution process
In partnership with Internal Communications and Sr. Mgr, develop and implement plans for managing communications to internal stakeholders
High-levels of engagement and adoption by project stakeholders
Look for ways to improve upon efficiencies and streamline wherever possible
Things That Should Be In Your Background:
Bachelor’s Degree
3 to 5 years in a professional environment; strongly preferred project management experience
Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:
CAPM certification a plus
