Job Summary
We're looking for a creative, forward thinking, and collaborative marketing leader to help us drive the creation of integrated marketing solutions that will maximize our advertising sales revenue, embrace our data-forward and audience based approach, and deliver on the goals of our clients. Reporting to the VP of Sales Development, this marketing leader will be responsible for developing unique revenue opportunities across different lines of business (from Automotive to Retail, Media & Entertainment, Emerging Industries, and more) by partnering with Sales, other internal stakeholders, and external partners. Our integrated marketing solutions include a few areas of focus like the Xfinity X1 platform, content and talent opportunities, and media network partnerships for promotional/sponsored offerings. Day-to-day would require solving complex opportunities, proactive thinking, and significant collaboration. This role will directly lead a small team of specialists, partnering with leaders across the organization, and be a go-to partner with our media network relationships. This role can expect to research advertising trends, identify revenue opportunity, develop revenue solutions (approvals, collateral/value prop creation, etc.), strategically deploy those solutions, track and report on results, and institute new and adjust existing processes.

Core Responsibilities
Develop innovative and scalable revenue generating opportunities that include areas such as the Xfinity X1 platform
Explore and lead external partnerships thatexpandour sales opportunities and achieve the goals of our clients
Provide revenue projections for various opportunities developed by the team
Work with Sales and Sales Development leaders on both the Enterprise and Regional teamstoensurethatthe team remains aligned with objectives and solves for priorities that will maximize revenue
Act as both, a main point of contact and secondary point of contact for various internal and externaldepartments/companiesdepending on project
Act as an internal liaison for affiliate marketing/sponsorship/promotional offerings with our media network partners
Review, develop, and approve a variety of policies and operating procedures to maintain team and organizational efficiency within our areas of influence
Lead with audience and data in our positioning and development of content/strategies
Lead development of overall contracts with external partners and vendors
Research and monitor advertising marketplace to keep a pulse on new and innovative executions that wecan explore and potentially invest in
Partner with VP to manage the overall department budget for areas of investment, including providing monthly forecasting for finance
