The ATO works with the title officers to help them to understand underwriting guidelines and decisions. The ATO also assists the title officers to understand how CA law and claims history within the industry shape our companies policies and title decisions.\u0026nbsp; Among other duties, the ATO also drafts and prepares indemnity agreements and high-liability approval applications for the underwriters.
