In this role you will help manage $800M of P&L spend for the Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) organization. This role requires working closely with GETS leaders and providing end to end financial support for KTLO spend and strategic investments in their respective function. A highly visible position which provides opportunity to partner with and influence various parties within Finance, IT and Procurement. You will be involved in the various aspects of IT financial management like planning, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, business case support, BU Allocations, ad-hoc requests, and continuous improvement projects. Requires extreme diligence, ability to perform critical analysis, desire to learn and continuously improve.

This is a key role in taking GETS finance into its next phase of evolution and requires unique a blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Business Partnering: Partner with Key Stakeholders and Business Partners to align on business priorities and drive effective solutions/execution. Constructively communicate compelling arguments based on facts and data and obtains necessary buy-in to deliver on business objectives. Drive and support financial accountability and ownership within the stakeholder community.

Strategic Planning and Initiatives : Develop a deep understanding of the strategic objectives and roadmap while translating expected results to quantitative benefits. Develop business cases and recommend financial strategies to maximize benefits. Provide finance support on strategic initiatives such as Cost optimization and Transformational initiatives.

Operating Planning and Forecasting: Create accurate annual plan, quarterly forecasts using both proactive communication and data-driven modeling techniques that drive business decisions. Perform activities related to close such as accruals, identify and correct discrepancies to ensure an accurate month end close.

Data Analysis: Use deep understanding of objectives, issues and root causes and provides insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems. Support ongoing continuous improvements by streamlining processes and developing innovative solutions.

Management Reporting: Produce and communicate recurring and ad hoc management reports. Responsible for financial reporting accuracy; identify trends, highlight opportunities and risks, and drive business decision making.

Financial Operational Policy: Ensure continued compliance with all policies and practices.

GETS Cost Allocation: Ensure accurate allocation of the GETS Costs to products/BUs. Maintain the continuous upkeep of the rules and mapping within Apptio and perform analysis to explain the impact of expense changes.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED:

8 - 10 years of experience in IT Financial Management, Finance Business Partnership or FP&A

Executive presence and ability to communicate at various levels of leadership in a firm yet diplomatic way and transform vast complex data sets into succinct communication packages.

Experience in building trust-based relationships with stakeholders and peers and navigating organizational landscape.

Exceptionally strong excel skills are required.

Understanding of basic accounting principles.

Ability to learn new technology quickly and mastery in using data to create insightful reports.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and analysis. Good with data analytics and data mining.

Bonus points for these:

Knowledge of IT Application Development, program portfolio management, project financial management processes, best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations and capital & operating expense handling

Understanding of IT infrastructure domains such as end user computing, networks, circuits etc. is preferred.

Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivots, Access, or Tableau is extremely helpful.

Familiarity with Cognos/Hyperion is preferred.

Experience using Apptio as a technology business management is helpful.

Educational Qualifications:

BS - Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent required

MBA Finance or MS in Business Analytics or similar degree preferred.
