\u003cli\u003eManages and directs the daily operations of the sales department in a defined geographical area.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEstablishes sales commission plans and manages personnel performance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eSolicits new customer business by marketing service. Provides support to Corporate Account Managers with integration of large, new customer accounts.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eImplements programs that meet corporate goals and objectives.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMonitors customer retention and provides appropriate complaint resolution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelops and installs procedures and controls to promote effective communication and adequate information flow within the sales department.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEvaluates the results of the sales department and regularly reports these results to the Branch Manager, Regional Sales Director and VP of Sales.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRecruits, interviews and hires sales personnel.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerforms any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eMinimum Requirements:\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eBachelor\u0026rsquo;s degree preferred.
