We are looking for an outstanding Enablement professional with strong experience in delivering effective learning content, training, and programs to a Global Enterprise and Subscription Sales audience.
Reporting to the VP Global Enablement you will be responsible for the Sales Readiness organization delivering programs designed to improve rep participation and productivity, globally.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the enterprise sales process, solutions selling, customer buying behaviors and be able to demonstrate experience in transforming a sales force through enablement and learning programs.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a team of Enablement professionals to deliver best-in-class sales curriculum to our geographically dispersed global field organization
Design, deliver, create, and continuously improve the Sales Curriculum to support Pure corporate goals and sales priorities for the company's new and existing sales professionals. This includes Onboarding, Quarterly training (product, solutions & tooling) and Ongoing sales skills curriculum
Collaborate with global sales leadership to establish learning and enablement as a core part of their business strategy
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
Partner with Sales & Channel teams as a mentor/coach to improve sales and technology acumen
Work with Sales leadership, first-line managers, and our Sales Readiness Advisory Committee to continually represent the voice of the field in our enablement programs
Demonstrate a deep understanding of day-to-day field sales needs and processes
Build programs to ensure that all sellers are prepared to effectively sell against the competition
Stay informed on cutting-edge tools and technology that may be leveraged to improve sales productivity
Determine program adoption metrics and with the the enablement COE to report on them
Engage frequently with our internal Learning & Development organization to share tools and practices, while leveraging Pure’s broader network of internal and external resources.
What You Bring To The Team
7 years of WW experience in sales, sales development, management and/or sales enablement
In depth understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices in strategy development and execution. Understanding of Solution selling a plus.
Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
A strong pulse of external partners, vendors and engagement points to utilize as a mechanism for continuous refresh and improvement of our internal practices
Excellent time management skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and manage expectations of all stakeholders
Proven experience and aptitude to work across multiple functions to create common goals and outcomes
Proven success as mentor/coach to developing sales professionals
Proficient with G-Suite and Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Be driven by data and have the ability to analyze and act on various forms of business intelligence
Critical thinking and change management within dynamic organizations skills
Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
For Colorado Applicants (as required by SB19-085):
Minimum annual salary of [$164,000]. This position may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
