Job Description
As a Lead Data/AI Product Manager, you will:
Develop an understanding of the client's business environment & strategy to ensure solutions meet their priorities
Mentor Product Managers, both internal and external to the XC
Support and inspire peers, clients and teammates
Help our customers and partners build and enable the leadership teams of internal product development organizations
Collaborate & problem solve using consulting methodologies that are appropriate in the moment
Demonstrate expertise in a range of skills, such as lean product management, experience strategy, and customer and market research
Conduct executive and expert interviews
Contribute to business development and thought leadership activities
Drive excellence in craft within an evolving experience strategy discipline for a given Studio site
Together with your fellow Practice Leads, you will pair side-by-side with clients, teaching them the skills necessary to lead highly productive customer-driven software practices
Coach and enable product delivery teams on modern development techniques such as lean product management, human centered design, pair programming, continuous integration/continuous deployment and test-driven development
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders in order to promote the wins and successes of the product team
Pair with other site discipline leads to drive normalization of practice across studio H locales
Be an agent of change within the organization
Use the design principles of the XC, be an active steward of the culture.
Role Essentials
As a Lead , you are expected to hit the ground running with inflight products. Resumes will only be considered that demonstrate strong competency in practicing Lean Product Management. Your experience should also include and speak to either shipping Data-centric products OR work that is data-specific.
Additional requirements:
3 - 5 years' relevant professional work experience as a product manager with clear examples of products brought to market
Experience shipping technical products involving datasets, ML/AI, APIs, SDKs, DevOps and Cloud services (such as Azure/GCP/AWS)
Experience analyzing data with tools such as SQL, Tableau and PowerBI
You have significant expertise delivering business value through your solid understanding of lean product management and human-centered design
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of public speaking and presenting in front of customers, at user groups, etc
You are a thought leader with an interest in contributing to the growing body of content surrounding software development, lean product management, human-centered design, and intrapreneurship
You provide organizational software recommendations and advice to senior level stakeholders within clients and partners
You have the patience and empathy of a world-class mentor, matched with the business acumen required to help stand-up new product organizations for our clients and partners
Role Essentials -
