In this role as Sr. Director, Implementation Delivery , develop a program framework and lead a team of implementation associates responsible for preparing clients as well as providing technical and subject matter expertise throughout the process.
In this role you will be responsible for the hiring, management, and development of an experienced staff, including indirect/dotted-line management of Director-level roles in the Product and Technical Services, as well as Service organizations. Ensure successful on time, on budget and quality implementations
You must be adept at managing across a matrix environment and influencing senior leaders in the Service, Product, Strategy, Org Readiness, and Technical Services groups. This role is expected to provide thought leadership in developing and/or enhancing best practices to improve and set strategic direction of the program (specifically regarding methodology/implementation best practices, client analysis & scheduling, custom solution development, client strategy & segmentation, and product roadmap strategy).

What you'll do: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Associate Management:
Manage the day-to-day activities of teams ensuring client business needs are fully analyzed/addressed and all pre-work & custom solutions are fully scoped/documented prior to moving the client into the migration phase. Continue solution support over the lifecycle of the client migration as needed.
Project Management:
Manage associate assignments based on knowledge of staff, product, and client expectations.
Promote accountability of project team to deliver on time, on budget, high quality implementation to yield a client reference. Ensure effective use of team resources.
Responsible to oversee and manage all client scheduling/induction into the program.
Counsel associates with complex tasks. Liaison / escalation resource to other ADP business units.
Responsible for developing and fostering productive working relationships between multiple business units.
Involved in setting strategic direction of implementation process improvements that may span multiple business units.
Manage client expectations and monitor client deliverables.
May identify additional business based on knowledge of client needs. Work as a business partner with client to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
Act as a focal point for clients to discuss changes, handle client escalations, and manage strategic changes in business.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships at all levels of client organization.
Responsible for Quality Survey process management and results assessments / action planning.
Financial Management:
Responsible for starts forecast and budget planning.
Sales Relationship Management:
Manage relations with Sales Executives, focused on efficient and effective Sales process management win / loss reviews / lessons learned, establishing / maintaining core implementation sales collateral and governance review of sales transition process.
Client Service Relationship Management:
Manage relations with Service Managers and Executives, focused on revenue retention efficient and effective client scheduling, and client relationship building.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
10 years of experience leading an Enterprise-Level Professional Services/Implementation Organization that works directly with Clients, preferably in the HCM Industry.
Experience leading Virtual Teams is preferred.
Required to possess strong technical acumen to perform platform comparisons and analysis as well as troubleshoot complex product issues and lead efforts in resolution of them.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
Experience noted above, OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE : Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in 10 years of applicable experience: advanced degree desirable.
Concentration in Business management, Info Systems and/or Computer Science.
Project Management training and skills application, PMP preferred, Quality process training / skills such as Six Sigma, PHR/SPHR and CPP preferred.
Large scale enterprise implementation and/or global implementation experience
Is recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills, professionalism and business planning capability.
Understanding of all ADP product capabilities and in depth knowledge of ADP products, services and programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under changing conditions.
Strong leadership ability.

The salary range for this role is $109,100 - $221,200/Year
