Key Responsibilities
Drives a positive customer experience by building relationships and providing solutions to their needs.
Oversees entire store leadership duties and ensures employees are deployed to maximize efficiency.
Manages employee experience, development, and performance management.
Analyzes performance indicators against business strategies leads team to facilitate growth or improve results.
Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience as a supervisor or manager in business, military, or other fields
2 years of sales or customer service experience
1 year of experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
Retail industry experience
Consumer electronic industry experience
