What is the role?
As Product Manager, you’ll be using your experience to maintain a backlog of requirements for design and technical teams, always keeping an eye on business viability and prioritizing based on business value. Use experience in managing the delivery of digital products, co-creates the product roadmap with the product owner and helps prioritize the team's work. Works with the team on governance, tracking and stakeholder engagement. Ensures that business value is both delivered as soon as practically possible and increases over time.
Your strong problem-solving skills and a keen curiosity towards making things better, will truly see you succeed here. Working collaboratively, you’ll be integral to driving business success as you help define the products, requirements and user stories, ultimately creating a deeper understanding of the business landscape.
More specific responsibilities will include:
Creating business cases for products and define/measure product success metrics.
Using data to drive decision making and product priorities with a hypothesis driven approach.
Translating a product vision into user stories and acceptance criteria for development.
Refining and managing the backlog with input from a cross functional team.

Requirements:
What we need from you
The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate / possess most of the following skills / attributes:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience in IT experience on application development, project delivery, and support.
Proven experience in a product role working closely with development teams to take digital products from early concept to launch.
Proficient in managing and refining a product backlog, ensuring all user stories and acceptance criteria are written in a consistent format
Familiarity or experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc.
An analytical mind, capable of setting, monitoring, and/or optimising success metrics for the product.
An understanding of the implications of technology on projects.
Experience with business modelling is desirable.
Experience in drawing insights from data and visualisation of data will also be beneficial.
