Position Summary

The Director of Women's Services carries twenty-four hour accountability and responsibility for the operation of Women's Services. This includes fiscal, clinical and human resource management, daily administration of the scheduled workload and coordination of resources. The Director of Women's Services also acts as a resource for equipment and staffing problem resolution. The Director of Women's Services will also be expected to provide a work environment that is conducive to healing for patients and staff and will use knowledge of regulatory requirements to guide the standard of care provided. Minimum Requirements

- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in nursing management or supervisory role.

- Minimum of five years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred. Demonstrated success in impacting nursing practice through strong clinical leadership.

Education/Licenses/Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

- NRP

- Masters preferred
