Job Description

The Treasury Manager will oversee and execute key strategies whichincludeliquidity and debt management, investment portfolio management, risk mitigation, and key accounting activities associated with Treasury transactions. In addition, this individual may be involved in other treasury related analytical projects as required. The individual will report to the Treasury Director.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Manage standards and more complex treasury activities to support cash optimization across the organization, liquidity management, operations and/or statutoryrequirements.

Lead monitoring of cashflow and preparation of associated reporting of short and long-term cash forecasts

Monitor and manage company investment portfolio to ensure company achieves investment strategy of preserving capital, managing liquidity, and capturing market rate ofreturns.

Monitor debt portfolio and facilities, ensuring payments and drawdowns are completed in a timely manner, on-going requirements of the agreements are met, and information and covenants are compiled and reported in accordance with legalagreements.

Manage treasury reporting and analysis to support management decision-making, including insights to support keypartners.

Play a key-role in supporting cross-functional working capitalinitiatives.

Administer and maintain a Supply Chain Finance and Commercial Paper Program with internal and externalstakeholders.

Responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reconciliation of all financial information processed within the Treasury team, ensuring the integrity of financial data and monitoring the reconciliation of relatedaccounts.

Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and perform variance analysis and commentary versus actualresults.

Perform month/quarter/year-end close activities related to financialinstruments.

Manage and maintain treasury workstation application and collaborate with vendor to explore opportunities to implement enhancedfunctionality.

Prepare and maintain any required bank documentation related to account opening, closing, or periodic KYC and FBARcompliance.

Assist Treasury Management in any other key treasury projects andinitiatives.

Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other processdocumentation.

Evaluate and perform cost benefit analysis on bank products andsolutions.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications - Summary of knowledge, experience and education required.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field

Minimum of 7 years of relevant treasury management experience

Ability to develop good working relationships with a wide range of internal and externalstakeholders.

Advanced computer software skills, including financialmodeling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Qualifications - Desired but not required.

Certified Treasury Professional

Strong understanding ofaccountingand financial statements.

Treasury workstation experience.

Experience with Bloomberg or similar financial analytics tools
