Job Details:
SUMMARY: This is a strategic role, responsible for working with cross-functional team members to grow Tyson business at high-impact customers. This position is responsible for developing and delivering product growth opportunities by partnering with assigned Commercial Chain Accounts (Technomic Top 2-200). Key expectations
Establish Tyson Foods as the indispensable strategic partner for their customers
Analyze data to provide insights and develop the sales story
Provide innovation and promotion solutions based on insights-driven strategies
Lead the development and execution of strategic growth plans for assigned customers
Spearhead cross-functional teams as voice of customer and sales
Influence and motivate both internal and external stakeholders
Manage as well as recommend fiscal budgets
Create, maintain, and execute processes for best in class customer experiences
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to working in a project environment to get things done. Key collaborative peer groups include Sales, Innovation, Insights, Business Units, Culinary and R&D. Additionally, this position works with and presents product solutions to executive-level management at key customers so persuasive story-telling experience is a must.

REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree. MBA a plus. Experience: 8 plus years in foodservice and/or food agency experience preferred. Foodservice marketing innovation and or product development experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word Excel and PowerPoint. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills. Special Skills: Strategic planning ability to tell complex stories succinctly and demonstrated leadership. Presentation Skills: Ability to present confidently and clearly communicate to high-level leadership both internally and externally. Supervisory: This position may be responsible for supervising a person or small group of persons in the same department who perform similar and or interrelated tasks. Travel: 12 domestic trips per year.
