Aon is looking for a Senior Vice President, Health Solutions Local Practice Leader for The Capital Market (Washington DC, Richmond, Baltimore) As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health Solutions business. As a Local Practice Leader, you will report directly to the Regional Practice Leader and you will manage a team of client-facing health and benefits consultants in your market. Your impact as a Senior Vice President, Health Solutions Local Practice Leader Using your leadership skills, you will encourage your team, drive innovative solutions to client problems, and grow our business in the Capital market. You will supervise and lead the market’s client satisfaction, profitability, and excellence in delivery. You will provide strategic leadership on new business pursuits and serve as executive sponsor to key clients.
