Job Summary
Responsible for providing thought leadership and assist the VP, DEI with developing growth strategy for diverse customer segments. Will lead planning, execution and evaluation of DE&I projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages all activities related to the discovery and implementation of growth initiatives. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures DE&I operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees. Establishes metrics and tools to measure progress and evaluate the impact and ROI of programs, develops insights and partners with key stakeholders to effectively execute the DEI strategy and framework across the division.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Develop a contemporary, HBCU business development strategy by establishing and growing external relationships to drive customer relationship engagement, build diverse talent pipeline, and drive connect growth.
Manage activities related to pursuit of new HBCU XOC video and managed wifi accounts within our footprint.
Create HBCU off-campus student offer targeting future brand ambassadors (upper-classmen, graduating seniors).
Establish strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders through DE&I focused projects, plans, and initiatives Division-wide.
Develop CAR playbook that positions curated programs for diverse college students (career workshops, internships, grants) as differentiators for college & university win-back competitive bids.
Drive more awareness of IE/ACP, build trust, and bolster Xfinity brand presence within Black and non-English speaking communities (i.e. Leverage employees/ERG's in Black Churches, Schools)
Partner with Marketing to create targeted Internet Essentials / ACP messaging campaign and offer strategy for MDU properties in low-income zip codes.
Build out an event strategy that enables our ability to collect multicultural customer contact info and route to sales teams for future follow up (CCLM).
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
