Against that backdrop, we are seeking an accomplished leader for the newly-created role of Director, Infrastructure Solution Delivery. In this role, you will develop, manage, and drive continuous improvement of the technology infrastructure solutions in support of specific business units. From there, you will work with various cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of those solutions. You will also partner with your IT leaders to develop longer term infrastructure strategies for the Segment. In short, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the entire engineering effort that will support your assigned Segment.
As this is a new position, you will be responsible for standing up a team comprised of Architects, Program Manager, Engineers, and others. At full buildout, you will have 4-5 direct reports and total headcount roll-up of roughly 20 associates.
This position can be located anywhere within the lower 48 states, although a location in the Eastern or Central Time Zones would be ideal.
