Description
Large scale organizational transformation is both exciting and complicated. Enterprise Agility and Change team (EAC) enables the organization in large scale transformations. We enable agile customer-centric operating model transformation and other strategically important enterprise change by bringing the transformation approach, tools, products, transformation guidance and coaching, and change management planning and execution.
Executing a large scale agile, customer-centric transformation requires that new capabilities be developed to support EAC's transformation model and the people who are executing it with our clients. As members of an EAC Agile team, one would collaborate with a product owner on the WHAT of these capabilities, then determine HOW to design, develop and deliver on the product vision in service of their customers.
Responsibilities
Be part of a cross-functional team that is partnered with senior leaders to support them through the transformation process.
Develop material to support our scalable and repeatable transformation strategy and model
Help us measure, build and communicate the business case for transformation
Apply change theory to enable sustainable change by creating awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement
Help manage resistance, and measure change health and adoption for a specific change.
Work on an Agile team as a delivery team member
Develops communications content and cadence that support the change and communication plan
Uses EAC tools, guides, standards, and processes
Interviews and manages stakeholders
Conducts change assessments, analyzes assessment data, develops interventions, monitors change and transformation metrics, and develops strategies to meet OKRs
Facilitates or co-facilitates training events and workshops
Monitors pulse of program and sentiment and proactively identifies obstacles, raises risks and identifies resolution opportunities
Helps EAC leadership team build a change champions network
Requests EAC product creation and improvement
Attends and actively participates in Agile team events to contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3 or more years of change management or consulting experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Communication and marketing experience
Prosci Certified
Agile experience
Ability to operate between 8am and 5pm EST
