You will work with these companies to build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at executive levels. You will also have oversight of all product line marketing and market relationships for the team. Other Responsibilities Include:Oversee negotiations with underwriters on difficult and sophisticated renewals and new business opportunities.Prepares and negotiates fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability in a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the client service agreement.Able to understand the Client, their industry and their risks and match them with potential Aon solutions.Deliver global service through network relationships, where applicable, including local Aon offices/producer network.Analyze the range of risk financing programs commercially available. Perform coverage comparisons with brokers where needed across all major lines of business.Collaborate with Producers on new business opportunities. Conduct needs assessment of client's business objectives.Pro-active in introducing innovative ideas to help clients contemplate risk management with new point of view.Possess strong influence across the Aon organization to align resources to best serve the client’s needs.Solves the clients most complex risk management problems.Skills and experience that will lead to successEducation: Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA, JD, or other graduate degree is a plus. At least 10 years of insurance or reinsurance experience. Will consider candidates with insurance and reinsurance broking, underwriting, claims and captive insurance company experience in the specialty lines area. Corporate risk management experience, especially in a Professional Services firm environment is a plus! Strong technical insurance knowledge in specialty lines (professional liability, cyber liability, employment practices liability, and management/directors & officers liability.
