he Director, Clinical Education serves as a leader on the education team at

DaVita Integrated Care. The position identifies current and future educational

needs and oversees the curriculum for new and current teammates. This includes

all training needed for a successful transition into IKC and or roles and

responsibility changes, planning the delivery and schedule of content,

learning tools, and overall logistics of new teammate training. The role

also works to plan reinforcement activities and serves as a liaison between

the Director of Clinical Services and their Clinical Quality Administrators.

This role will need to collaborate effectively with clinical services,

operations, and the clinical transformation team to ensure and adjust the

content and curriculum remains aligned on the current business and clinical

str

ESSENTAIL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Forecasts, recommends to the education leadership team, develops, and

implements education team offerings to increase the value and efficiency of

cross-functional business lanes within DaVita Kidney Care

Identifies, analyzes, and drives continuous improvement opportunities of

educational offerings; regularly reports to the leadership team on training

program performance

Organizes the overall calendar and curriculum of both new TM and current TM

training.

Reviews and edits all content for continuous improvement and ensures it\'s

aligned with current strategy

Supports planning of reinforcement activities with the clinical service team

Other duties as assigned, e.g CEU Submission

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Six to Eight years experience

Bachelor\'s Degree, Master\'s preferred

Demonstrated expertise in effectively teaching adult learners with different

learning styles

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook;

Advance proficiency in a Learning Management System (LMS)

Active member of training and development professional organizations (e.g.

ATD, Training Magazine)

Demonstrated expertise in organizing and speaking at large corporate meetings

Clinical experience in nephrology nursing or care management

RN license in state of practice, preferred

Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Case Management. preferred
