JOB DESCRIPTION

Cintas is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives who are focused on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include hiring, training, motivating and managing Sales Representatives to achieve specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.The majority of the Sales Manager's time is spent in the field with Sales Representatives and developing new business customer accounts. Cintas provides a thorough training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

Required

*Valid driver's license *Experience in recruiting, hiring and training *Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and intranet/internet *High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred

*Sales management experience *2-5 years' outside sales experience *New business-to business account development experience *Industrial sales experience *Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
