Job Details:

SUMMARY: The HR Business Partner in this position will be responsible for leading a group of Human Resource Generalists who support multiple functions within the organization. This includes managing multi-functional initiatives HRBP led projects and solutions client services and project management; provides group and one-on-one coaching with managers and team members to support leadership development business decision-making human resources management problem solving and performance management; support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business strategy; consultative role in employee communication initiatives within customer groups; coaches performance and employee relations issues; maintaining a level of talent intimacy with each individual within the function and developing a strong HR talent by connecting and knowing our Team members and helping them to expand their knowledge and grow their careers. This includes developing a strong HR talent through experience and exposure across the HR platform producing next generation HR Business Partners Shared Services and COE team members for Tyson. The HRBP will lead the team toward building strong relationships with and serving as the main point of contact for team members and managers and implement HR strategy in support of short-term and long-term business goals; partner with Centers of Expertise to ensure HR strategy delivery across the organization. Specific duties include: Create and evolve back end HR business partner support across enabling functions in the near term 12 months . Build the infrastructure and process capabilities to scale the model over the 12-36-month time period. Leverage a technology platform to drive HR efficiency in customer delivery. Reduce FTE through process improvements and realignment of work to the appropriate work level. Lead and manage shared service team delivering end to end HR support for 4000 team members with the potential to scale higher. Act as single point of contact for selected non-enabling functions with no direct HR support. Consult with HR Business partners on large scale initiatives as a COE for change management and execution; and any other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or related area preferred.

Experience: 5 plus years of business experience with applicable HR Business Partner and HR Operations experience.

Computer Skills: Standard computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: Highest level of integrity; demonstrated track record of results; sense of urgency and ability to operate in a fast-paced high-energy environment; ability to develop and maintain strong effective internal customer business partner relationships; strategic thinker intellectual curiosity prudent risk taking and thrive in a collaborative and teaming environment; self-awareness business acumen and proven track record of business partnering.
