Description
The Associate Director, Full Stack Engineering works within the Conviva and Care Delivery technology team to perform software engineering activities in all layers of the stack. The Associate Director, Full Stack Engineering requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
Responsibilities
The Associate Director, Full Stack Engineering Is involved in all stages of software development, including front-end development, back-end development, database integrations, network and hosting management, user interface, user experience, and back-end server management. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates. The Associate Director, Full Stack Engineering will manage a team of up to 40 with a mix of Full time and Contracting.
Job Responsibilities
Acts as a player/coach to lead a team which builds software applications based on business requirements
Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software
Oversees testing and debugging and develops fixes
Researches complaints and makes necessary adjustments and/or recommendations to resolve complex software related issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
10 or more years of technical experience
6 or more years of development leadership experience
Implementing a CRM/BPM such as Salesforce or Pega for large scale workflows, preferably within the clinical industry
Deploying and developing for cloud delivery platforms such as AWS
API Management Platform such as Apigee or Mulesoft (preferred)
NoSQL databases such as Mongo DB
Leading multidisciplinary teams including developers, product owners, and testers
Test automation technologies and patterns
DevOps tools and patterns
Preferred Qualifications
Development within an EMR product such as epic
Development of telehealth platforms and mobile
