About the team
The Network Facility and Energy team operates Comcast's datacenter environment, sets critical infrastructure standards for the company, has responsibility for the tools roadmap, and plays a lead role in setting Comcast's Energy strategy as it relates to Comcast's 2035 Carbon Neutrality goal.
Core responsibilities
Responsible for strategy and implementation of CI (Critical Infrastructure) capacity program across all divisions of the organization. Leading a large team of cross discipline managers, and professionals at various locations responsible for Systems Engineering supporting a portfolio of CI capacity management, OT (over the top) Product Development and Data Science.
Experience in critical infrastructure for data centers and headends/hubs a plus. Additional knowledge in tool development and support for DCIM and IWMS platforms preferred. For example systems such as : Service Now, IOP, Nuvolo, dcTrack and Foreseer and open-source requirement driven development.
Architects solutions to satisfy business and product needs in near and long term timelines.
Provides complexity and cost estimation. Develops case studies, roadmaps and models to influence strategic spending. Ensures effective implementation of the department budget. Prepares financial statements and monthly forecasts and reports. Prepares and analyzes monthly financial performance and makes budget and new technology recommendations.
Influences design and development strategies. Contributes to software design reviews.
Researches and leads others to research new technology areas. Works with industry partners to develop new standards.
Directs and forecasts resource needs to meet departmental objectives. Recommends action plans or solutions to.
Develops prototype solutions and/or model solutions to prove out technology directions.
Advises customers and stakeholders in technology related issues.
Leads reviews of architecture descriptions and requirements.
Contributes to the continuous improvement of architecture team processes and standards.

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Denver Campus, with a Pay Range of $151,079.68 USD - $226,619.51 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
