Description
The Regional Market Operations Professional will support development of strategy and lead execution of utilization strategy, including assignment of providers to counties based on hours needed. Will provide non-clinical support for providers acting as an escalation point for unresolved issues. Will proactively mitigate process deviation in market to ensure appropriate NP utilization.
Responsibilities
The Regional Market Operations Professional assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Provides analysis of talent and staffing needs based on strategic planning at the enterprise level. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities Leads:
Support development and execution of utilization strategy, including assignment of providers to counties based on hours needed
Non-clinical support of providers, acting as escalation point for unresolved issues
Develops strategies for proactive mitigation of process deviations in market (e.g., contingencies set up when demand not materializing)
Collaborates with:
Capacity Planning to execute utilization strategy and provide qualitative input to strategy
Market Clinical Manager to manage clinical network and deliver positive experience for NPs
Director, Call Center to execute dialer strategy based on forecasted member demand and NP assignment
Director, Sourcing to ensure sufficient supply of NPs in market
Accountable for:
NP Utilization and completed visits in regional market
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years within healthcare operations, ideally with daily direct clinician touchpoints
Demonstrated ability to execute and proactively diagnose and resolve issues in planning, coordination and other operational functions
5 or more years of Workforce Management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Tracked history of frequent collaboration with diverse functions to run daily operations
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree
Prior experience in Process or Project Management
