We have an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic team player to join our new Enterprise Care Management Operations organization under our CVS Caremark Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) division! As the Product Operations Manager, you will be part of our Enterprise Channel Operations team. This team is engaged across all enterprise member-facing delivery channels to serve our broad care management product portfolio, with particular emphasis on product design, quality improvement, business analytics, and stakeholder management. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to senior leadership all in an effort to drive new operational initiatives, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading dozens of partners across various enterprise delivery channels to accomplish your objectives including program design, workflow development, staffing and training, measurement and integration improvement, and technical system integration

- Owning work streams accountable to various stakeholders and proactively manage partners across diverse teams to deliver results

- Performing root cause investigation, problem solve, articulate conclusions, and make recommendations to the leadership team

- Designing, constructing, and executing complex analyses to meet business case requirements using data that will often be self-sourced through observations, tests, interviews, and custom data pulls

- Engaging cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team; including using your ability to assess and course-correct as necessary

- Preparing material and presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise, and improves the operational efficiency of the business

- Mentoring, coaching, and influencing others to resolve challenging business or relationship management situations, collaborating on approaches with manager

- Communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization to move the organization to action

To be successful you will need to have a detailed understanding of strategic issues faced by our members, staff, clients, business units, enterprise and the healthcare industry and the role of our team in addressing those issues with compelling solutions that meet objectives. With your success in influencing and collaborating across the organization, your work will have a meaningful impact to our clients and members, truly helping people on their path to better health.

Required Qualifications

- 4 years of related work experience with some combination of management consulting, product development/operations, high-level analytical or related healthcare strategy experience. (graduate level education may substitute for experience)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare/payor or pharmaceutical consulting preferred.

- Experience in healthcare startup environment preferred

- Experience with care management program/product design or quality improvement is preferred

- Strong quantitative, analytical, critical thinking, and written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and coach junior team members

- Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities

- Highly skilled at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree required
